WeeK 2 and 1: Lasts

Next year's schedule
My friends, at this moment you are reading the 50th post on this page! This last week has been full of lasts. The last day of class, the last paper due, the last test, the last time to see someone for a while. But in light of that I also have some exciting news. I have decided to stay at Moody for another year!
Packing
Technically I have decided to stay at Moody for three more years. I want to work towards a communications degree, but they do not offer it in Spokane. Next year I will be back in Spokane then I will be moving to Chicago to finish up, Lord willing. There are many things that are changing. I am packing for the summer in Little Rock. It is so hard to pack, but I think I am finally done. One thing that was super exciting this week is that a friend of mine got married! It was so great to be a part of it. I was able to help with the planning and being in the wedding as a bridesmaid.
Paul and Lib's wedding
I leave in less than four days! Thank you everyone for your prayers and support! I am excited to start working.

WeeK 4 and 3: Plane Tickets and Road Trips

I finally did it. I bought my plane tickets. I can hardly believe that this is happening. I am leaving for Little Rock in 24 days. I am starting to pack and that is majorly stressing me out. My room is a disaster and therefore I want to clean it, but I need to have things out to go through to get it clean. Insanity, I know. But I will get through it.
My dad and I went camping! Living in the city has been really hard, but getting away was amazing.
Cooking hamburgers over the fire was really fun. Just having a few day with no stress was great. No phones or Facebook. The silence was glorious! I took Saturday to do absolutely nothing. I literally only got up twice.
On Friday we took a trek into Canada. It was the first time I have ever been outside of the USA. My time outside lasted about three hours. We entered at a rural location so there was not much for us to see. We did almost have a heart attack though when we saw the speed limit signs. 90 km. per hour seemed a bit fast, but then we realized it was only about 55 MPH.
My dad is pretty cool. We are very unique. We have a weird sense of what is fun, but I think it is a good weird.

I love frogs. I ended up getting both of my feet in the mud to get that one, but it was so worth it. S/he was so cute. They are such amazing creatures.
Basically, I love being out in the wild land. I am hoping that I will be able to find somewhere similar in Arkansas.
Speaking of Arkansas, I think I might have come to a somewhat solid decision to stay in Arkansas for at least a year. I am planning to stay thru two summers. Thank you to everyone who has been praying for me and for you who have send me financial gifts. You are amazing! I am so blessed. I will be able to focus on ministry and getting to know the people of Arkansas instead of having to get a side job. Prayer is keeping me going right now. With school coming to a close, God is holding me together. Thank you all!
